Our Core Values
These six values guide every decision we make, from hiring to operations to how we serve our customers. They are not aspirational statements -- they are daily practices.
Sustainability First
Every decision we make is filtered through its environmental impact. From the containers we recycle to the energy that powers our facilities, sustainability is not an afterthought -- it is our foundation.
Integrity Always
We do what we say we will do. Our grading system is honest, our pricing is transparent, and our commitments are kept. Trust is the backbone of every relationship we build.
Continuous Improvement
We never settle. Whether it is refining our reconditioning process, improving delivery times, or developing new services, we are always looking for the next way to get better.
People Over Everything
Our team is our greatest asset. We invest in our employees, prioritize their safety and wellbeing, and create an environment where every person feels valued, heard, and empowered.
Community Impact
We are deeply committed to the communities we operate in. Through local hiring, charitable partnerships, and educational outreach, we aim to be a positive force far beyond our warehouse walls.
Innovation-Driven
The circular economy demands creative solutions. We embrace new technologies, processes, and ideas that help us divert more waste, serve more customers, and reduce costs for everyone.
Our Culture
We have built a workplace where people are excited to come in every day, because the work matters and the team has your back.
Team-Oriented
From the warehouse floor to the front office, we operate as one team. Daily huddles, cross-department collaboration, and quarterly team outings keep us connected. When one person succeeds, we all succeed.
Growth Opportunities
We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the container recycling space. That growth translates into new positions, new responsibilities, and a clear ladder for career advancement. We promote from within whenever possible.
Environmental Impact
Every container we recycle or resell is one less in a landfill. Our employees collectively helped divert over 3,200 tons of waste last year. You will see the impact of your work in our monthly sustainability reports.
Life at IBC Recycle
We work hard, celebrate together, and take pride in the impact we make. Here is what a typical experience looks like for our team members.
A Typical Day on the Floor
Every shift begins with a 10-minute safety and production huddle where the team reviews the day's priorities, incoming shipments, and any special orders. Warehouse associates rotate between inspection stations, reconditioning bays, and shipping docks to stay engaged and build cross-functional skills.
Music plays through the warehouse speakers, the break room is always stocked, and leadership walks the floor regularly to check in -- not to micromanage, but to listen. We believe the people doing the work are the best source of improvement ideas.
Team Events & Celebrations
We host quarterly team outings that range from bowling nights to cookouts at a local park. Monthly birthday celebrations, an annual holiday party, and spontaneous pizza days keep the energy high.
We also celebrate operational milestones publicly -- when we hit our 50,000th container diverted, the entire company took a half-day Friday to celebrate. When someone earns a promotion or certification, they get recognized in front of the whole team during our Friday all-hands meeting.
Open-Door Leadership
Our CEO and VP of Operations hold monthly open office hours where any employee can drop in to share ideas, ask questions, or raise concerns. We believe transparency builds trust and trust builds great teams.
Community Give-Back
Every employee receives two paid volunteer days per year. We partner with local environmental organizations, food banks, and vocational training programs. Last year, our team collectively logged over 400 volunteer hours.
Green Commute Program
We subsidize public transit passes, offer preferred parking for hybrid and electric vehicles, and maintain a bike rack and shower facility for employees who cycle to work. Every mile saved is another step toward our sustainability goals.

Diversity & Inclusion
We believe that diverse teams build better solutions. At IBC Recycle, we actively recruit from underrepresented communities, partner with vocational training programs, and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind.
Our workforce spans a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and experiences -- from recent high school graduates entering the workforce for the first time to industry veterans with decades of logistics experience. We believe this diversity of perspective makes us stronger.
We conduct annual diversity training, maintain an anonymous feedback system, and have an active employee resource group that advises leadership on inclusion initiatives. Our goal is not just to hire diverse talent, but to create an environment where every person can thrive.

Why Work With Us
Do not just take our word for it. Here is what our team members have to say about life at IBC Recycle.
I joined IBC Recycle three years ago as a Warehouse Associate and have since been promoted twice. The leadership team genuinely invests in your growth, and knowing that my work keeps thousands of containers out of landfills makes every day feel meaningful.
Cedric W.
Shift Supervisor, Wickliffe
The culture here is unlike any logistics company I have worked at. People care about each other and about the environment. The benefits are excellent, and I appreciate that the company walks the talk on sustainability.
Marisol G.
Logistics Coordinator, Atlanta
As a Sales Rep, I love that I am not just selling a product -- I am helping businesses reduce waste and save money at the same time. The fact that IBC Recycle is growing so quickly means there is real opportunity for advancement.
Kellan R.
Senior Sales Representative
I came from a traditional manufacturing background and was surprised by how much IBC Recycle invests in its people. Within my first year, I completed two professional certifications fully paid by the company. The safety culture here is best-in-class -- every shift starts with a safety huddle and nobody cuts corners.
Priya N.
Quality Inspector, Dallas
What drew me to IBC Recycle was the mission, but what keeps me here is the team. We celebrate wins together, support each other during busy seasons, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. The flexible scheduling also helps me balance family commitments without sacrificing career growth.
Tomás E.
Reconditioning Technician, Wickliffe
After 15 years in corporate logistics, I was burned out. Joining IBC Recycle was a breath of fresh air. The pace is fast and the work is challenging, but you can see the tangible results of what you do every single day. We recently hit a milestone of 10,000 containers diverted in a single month -- and I got to help make that happen.
