Grade A -- Like New

Payment Terms

Standard orders require payment on confirmation. Established accounts qualify for net-15 or net-30 terms. We accept PO, check, wire, and ACH.

Order Changes

Orders can be modified or cancelled before shipping at no charge. Once a shipment is loaded, changes are subject to restocking and freight charges.

Returns Policy

If containers do not match their grade description, we offer replacement, credit, or refund. Claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.

Damage in Transit

All shipments are insured. If containers arrive damaged due to shipping, file a claim with your account manager within 48 hours for immediate resolution.

Minimum Orders

Product Warranty

Containers are sold as-is per their grade description. Grade A containers carry a 30-day structural warranty. Grade B and C are sold without warranty beyond grade accuracy.
