What is your quality grading system?
Grade A is like-new, Grade B shows moderate cosmetic wear, and Grade C has heavier wear but remains structurally sound. Every container is individually inspected.
Can I both buy and sell containers through IBC Recycle?
Yes. Many customers buy fresh containers and sell back used ones. We can combine delivery and pickup on the same truck to reduce freight costs.
Do you offer payment terms?
We offer net-30 for qualified accounts and accept PO, check, wire, and ACH. Seller payments are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
What are the minimum order quantities?
No strict minimums for purchases. Free pickup for sellers typically starts at 10+ units; smaller quantities can be shipped to us.
How do you support sustainability reporting?
We provide diversion, CO2e avoidance, water savings, and recovery metrics formatted for ESG and sustainability reports.
