Transportation & Logistics

Nationwide container pickup and delivery with the reliability and flexibility your operation demands. Full truckload, LTL, and dedicated fleet options.

Reliable Delivery, Every Time

A container is only useful if it arrives when and where you need it. That is why we have invested heavily in our own fleet and logistics network to provide reliable, on-time delivery and pickup services across the continental United States.

Whether you need a single pallet delivered locally or 20 truckloads shipped cross-country, our logistics team manages every detail -- routing, scheduling, tracking, and communication -- so you can focus on running your business.

We also offer combined service: delivering fresh containers to your facility and picking up used ones on the same trip. This two-way logistics approach reduces costs and simplifies your container management.

Shipping Methods Comparison

We offer multiple shipping options to fit your volume, timeline, and budget. Here is a detailed comparison to help you choose the right method.

Full Truckload (FTL)

For large orders and bulk shipments, our full truckload service offers the most cost-effective per-unit shipping. A dedicated truck carries your containers directly from our facility to yours with no stops in between, ensuring fast delivery and minimal handling.

  • Up to 48 pallet positions per 53-foot trailer (20-24 IBC totes)
  • Direct point-to-point delivery
  • Fastest transit times
  • Best per-unit shipping cost for large orders

Less Than Truckload (LTL)

Smaller orders that do not fill a full trailer ship via our LTL network. Your containers share truck space with other shipments, keeping costs down while still providing reliable delivery. Ideal for orders of 1-20 pallets.

  • 1 to 20 pallet positions
  • Cost-effective for smaller orders
  • Nationwide carrier network
  • Liftgate delivery available

Dedicated Fleet

Our company-owned trucks operate on dedicated routes, providing consistent service for customers who rely on regular container deliveries and pickups. Dedicated fleet service offers the reliability and flexibility that standard freight cannot match.

  • Company-owned and operated vehicles
  • Consistent drivers who know your facility
  • Flexible scheduling including same-day service
  • Combined delivery and pickup on same trip

Local Delivery

For customers within our regional service area, we offer same-day and next-day local delivery using our flatbed trucks and box trucks. Local delivery includes driver-assisted unloading and placement at your designated staging area.

  • Same-day and next-day options
  • Driver-assisted unloading
  • Flatbed and box truck options
  • No minimum order for local delivery

Clean, sanitized trailers for food-contact containers. Chain of custody documentation maintained.

Hazmat Containers

DOT-compliant transport for containers that previously held hazardous materials. Proper placarding and documentation provided.

Permits, pilot cars, and route planning for loads exceeding standard dimensions or weight limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on distance, load size, and method. FTL is most economical for large orders (often $1-3 per unit for cross-country). LTL costs more per unit but is cost-effective for smaller orders. Contact us with your specifics for an accurate quote.

Do you deliver to residential addresses?

Our primary service is commercial delivery to businesses with dock or forklift access. We can deliver to residential or non-commercial locations with liftgate service, though additional charges may apply.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. All fleet shipments include real-time GPS tracking. For LTL shipments via partner carriers, we provide carrier tracking numbers and proactive milestone updates.

What if my delivery arrives damaged?

All shipments are insured. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact your account manager within 48 hours. We investigate and resolve claims promptly -- typically within 10 business days.

Do you offer weekend or after-hours delivery?

Weekend and after-hours delivery is available on a case-by-case basis for our dedicated fleet service. Additional charges apply. LTL carriers generally operate Monday through Friday only.

Can you pick up and deliver on the same trip?

Yes, this is our two-way logistics service. We deliver fresh containers and pick up used ones on the same trip, saving you up to 50% on freight costs. It is one of our most popular service features.

What is the maximum weight you can ship?

Standard dry van trailers can carry up to 45,000 lbs. Flatbed trailers can handle up to 48,000 lbs. For loads exceeding these limits, we can arrange specialized heavy-haul transportation with proper permits.

Do you provide dock appointments?

Yes. For facilities that require scheduled dock appointments, our logistics team coordinates the delivery window with your receiving department. We respect your dock schedule and strive to arrive within the confirmed window.

Can you deliver to multiple locations on one trip?

Multi-stop deliveries are available, especially for our dedicated fleet. Each additional stop adds transit time but can reduce overall cost compared to separate shipments. Contact us for a multi-stop quote.
