These Terms cover your use of ibcrecycle.com. By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Referral Service Only

IBC Recycle is a referral service. We pass requests to buy, sell, recycle, or transport IBC totes and tanks to partner suppliers. We do not sell, buy, handle, or transport containers, and we are not a party to any deal between you and a partner supplier.

2. Quotes and Partner Suppliers

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, availability, pickup and delivery arrangements, warranties, and returns. Any agreement you make is with the partner supplier. Submitting a request is free and does not commit you to buy or sell. We cannot promise that a partner supplier will be available for your request.

3. Your Requests

Please give accurate information. You are responsible for deciding whether a container suits your use, for what it has held and may hold, and for following the rules that apply to your materials. Ask the supplier for any documentation you need.

4. Site Content

Articles and guides on this site are general information, not legal, safety, or regulatory advice. Rules change, so check current regulations. Site content belongs to IBC Recycle or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the site unlawfully, submit false requests, send harmful code, or try to disrupt the site or access it without authorization.

6. No Warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty about the site, its content, any partner supplier, or any product or service a partner supplier offers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IBC Recycle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a partner supplier or your use of the site.
